Return policy

Products must be in their original condition and have original labels and tags.

The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition.

Items to be returned must not show any signs of use.

Please note that. If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always make sure your parcel has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns are not refunded if there is no proof of shipment with a Track & Trace code. Returns by post without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

As soon as we receive your return, we will notify you by email that your return has been received. Within a few days of processing your return, we will refund the amount of your purchase to your account.

Cancellation of orders

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, our orders are stopped in the processing process and it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel them afterwards.

Returns are always at the sender's risk, return costs are not refunded.

Wrong item or wrong size?

If you receive the wrong item or size, you will receive the correct item for free!

Refund

We refund our returns on average within 3 to 5 business days, once we receive them.
